A total of 150 employees from many different countries work at our two locations in Bitburg and Copenhagen. We are particularly proud of this: an open culture, short paths to the top, teamwork. From trainee to CEO, it’s not far for us: in our view, praise, constructive criticism, suggestions for improvement and celebrating goals that have been achieved are a necessity in order to be able to develop further.
