Powerful and energy-efficient automatic stirrup benders for processing coil material up to 16 mm. Available in two sizes and in the automation levels/model variants S, X and X+. Depending on the model, the straightening units can be set from manual to semi-automatic or to fully automatic. Options for material handling and maximizing safety round off the product range.

Twinmaster DB NEO
Modern double bending center TWINMASTER 16X+ DB NEO, equipped with bending unit and feed system for the production of stirrups and shapes with bends on both ends. Designed for single wire processing from 6 – 16 mm Ø and for double wire processing from 6 – 13 mm Ø.
In combination with the closed bar collector, processing lengths of up to 12 meters and bending shapes with a bending height of up to 1 meter can be realized in one operation with extreme accuracy.
