Bar bending

Double bending machines of the Permatic series automate the bending operation and are indispensable, especially for the processing of heavy diameters, or for the production of large bending shapes and double bends. They have proven their worth under harsh operating conditions in bending companies all over the world. Permatic double bending lines can be combined with bar cutting systems via pocket systems and chain conveyors, ensuring the onward transport from a Cadormatic, Combiline, Metax or any other shear line system without using crane.

Permatic is available as Permatic S and Permatic SK in up to 3 performance classes.

PERMATIC S

Automatic double bending line for rebar up to Ø 50 mm (#14, at 850 N/mm²), available in the sizes Permatic 50, 60 and 65 S. Only one operator is needed. Equipped with feeding roller conveyor, mobile and stationary bending machine, a pneumatic insertion and deposition system, a material collecting system, complete bending tools and a fence element behind the mobile machine for additional safety. Short setup times due to user-friendly tool plug-in system. Permatic double bending lines are available in both left and right versions, allowing optimal integration into existing production processes.

Permatic 60 SK

Automatic double bending line, designed for rebar up to Ø 45 mm (#14, at 850 N/mm²), offering the highest degree of automation and high flexibility in the production of bending shapes. Only one operator is needed. Equipped like Permatic S with feeding roller conveyor, mobile and stationary bending machine, a pneumatic insertion and deposition system, a material collecting system, complete bending tools and a fence element behind the mobile machine for additional safety. In addition, Permatic SK offers clamping devices and guide elements which adjust automatically to the bar diameter and to each particular tool in use.
Short setup times due to user-friendly tool plug-in system.

Permatic double bending lines are available in both left and right versions, allowing optimal integration into existing production processes.
